Low Season: May 1 - November 30
$4,250/wk for 3 bedroom configuration

Christmas and New Years require a 2 week minimum at the rate of $7,000 for the 4 bedroom configuration.
High season rates apply to Thanksgiving.
The Turks and Caicos Government requires that a 10% tax be paid on all villa rentals.
This amount will be added to the final payment.
AC units are metered and the charges are paid by the renting guest.
All US Citizens re-entering the United States from the Caribbean must have a valid US passport.
