Beautiful Beach
Upon arrival to Villa Oceana, the turquoise waters and crystalline sand invite you to leave your shoes and embark on a barefoot escape or relax in a hammock. Villa Oceana is a minute’s walk from Sapodilla Point where you can step back in time and discover the magic of rock carvings left behind from 18th century ship-wrecked pirates.

The beach on Sapodilla Bay is really the main attraction for Villa Oceana. On Provo, thisbeach is known as “the children’s bay” due to its shallow water and lack of waves. You can wade out 100 feet waist deep and the sand is still powdery soft. Go for a ride in one of our sea kayaks.
Interior Comforts!
Villa Oceana’s spacious open plan dining and living areas are airy while overlooking the pool, beach and Caribbean Sea. Its two-story cathedral ceilings, many fans, and Caribbean Island trade winds keep the home cool. Additionally, all four bedrooms are remote-controlled and individually zoned air conditioning for total comfort, as well as the main living area.
Villa Oceana features comfortable furnishings, xm satellite radio, DVD, and stereo with CD player. A selection of CD’s include classics from Jimmy Buffet, Frank Sinatra and Bob Marley as well as a mix of Caribbean Soul and Latin Jazz and other island favorites.
There is a modest selection of good books and movies as well. A telephone is provided for local use and international calling cards can be purchased anywhere on the island.
Villa Oceana’s dining area opens up to the pool and features seating for six with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen top bar.
The kitchen area includes all usual amenities and has both conventional and microwave ovens. Of course, there is a blender for frozen drinks.
Villa Oceana is designed with 2 master suites. The first one is in the main house and has its own access to the beach. Large and spacious, this room has a king sized bed and bath ensuite. It also features a private tiled patio with lounge chairs and leads directly to the beach.
The second suite is available when the house is rented in the four bedroom configuration. The master suite is separated only steps away from the main house by a covered breezeway. It has its own private bath, efficiency kitchen/wet bar, king sized bed, cable tv, and a covered patio off of the pool. It boasts beautiful views of both Chalk Sound and the Caribbean Sea.
The second bedroom in the main house is beautifully decorated and has a king bed.
And the third bedroom is perfect for children featuring bunk beds.
The second and third bedrooms share the main bathroom.
Pool and Paradise!
When you’ve had enough of the beach and ocean (if that’s possible), you can walk back up to the house and rinse off in the outdoor shower and jump into the 48 foot fresh water pool.
Alongside the pool you will find the teak chaise lounges, as well as a teak dining table for your outdoor dining pleasure. Villa Oceana has plastic chaise lounges for the beach as well.
